The defects in this process are false welding and virtual welding, the false welding and the false welding are easy to make the transverse. The rod is stripped off. Due to the rated capacity of the equipment and equipment, the heavy steel plate with larger cross section can not be produced. Generally, the nominal capacity of the equipment of the welding process is lower than 800KVA, and the flat steel plate with 4mm thickness can only be made of the flat steel lattice plate under the thickness of 1250KVA, and the flat steel plate with 5~6mm thickness can be used generally.

Hand made galvanized bar grating is pressed, welded, interlocked and soldering free. The hand made welded steel bar grating plate is first to punch holes or slots on the flat steel, then put the bar into the hole and spot welding, the horizontal bar and the flat steel will have air gap, the horizontal bar and the flat steel each contact point are welded, the cross bar is also close to the spot welding. The production process is more flexible, the product is diversified, and the whole series of steel grating plates can be produced basically. It has advantages in heavy duty. Because of welding all manual welding, it is easy to weld hard, leak welding and false welding, and produce false welding and leakage welding to reduce the strength.
